Upload your technical drawings (.dxf/.dwg) and/or CAD model for a free project review.
Upon order, we’ll custom design your die to maximize part consistency and reduce unit costs.
Once production samples are approved, we’ll begin full production.
We ship your parts (with our preferred shipping rates) to any location.
Progressive stamping is a manufacturing process that uses a die and press to form finished parts. When annual volumes justify it, you can save 30% to 80% (or more) on your part costs compared to CNC processes.
Absolutely! We help clients move from CNC fabrication to stamping as volumes increase.
Tooling lead times varies from 4 to 16 weeks (sometimes more) depending on part size and complexity.
From 10,000+ to millions of units annually.
Absolutely! We offer free shipping on volume orders (conditions apply.) Please contact us to see if your business is eligible for this offer.
