FAQ

What is progressive die stamping?

Progressive stamping is a manufacturing process that uses a die and press to form finished parts. When annual volumes justify it, you can save 30% to 80% (or more) on your part costs compared to CNC processes.

Can you redesign a part for metal stamping?

Absolutely! We help clients move from CNC fabrication to stamping as volumes increase.

What are your tooling lead times?

Tooling lead times varies from 4 to 16 weeks (sometimes more) depending on part size and complexity.

What volumes do you support?

From 10,000+ to millions of units annually.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on volume orders (conditions apply.) Please contact us to see if your business is eligible for this offer.
